This lower level retreat is aptly described as a Scotch Bonnet; it is small, yet completely mesmerizing and perfectly proportioned. The soothing and 'beachy' colors are a perfect compliment to the hardwood flooring. The kitchen offers a large enough space to really spread out.

The bedroom has a King bed. Bathroom offers a shower stall (no tub).

Amenities include central AC/heat, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, telephone, answering machine, 2 cable TV's, 2 DVD's, DVD library, CD player, iPod Speaker System, book library and clock radio. Additional amenities include hair dryer, iron/ironing board, board games/puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a large gated sun deck in the front of the cottage and rear fenced area for pet.

Shared washer/dryer, fish cleaning bench and shared hot/cold outdoor shower.
